Warranty Policy
Gulong.ph offers an unconditional warranty on all types of tire damage, regardless of the cause. This warranty is applicable to Apollo Tires purchased from the Gulong.ph website and official Facebook page, provided they are used under normal driving conditions. The warranty is valid only for tires installed by an authorized Installation Partner (IP) of Gulong.ph.
Warranty Period
This warranty is valid one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Conditions for Warranty Claims

Eligibility
- The warranty is available exclusively to the original purchaser of the tire.
- Proof of purchase or warranty receipt is required for all warranty claims.
- The warranty period is counted from the purchase date on the original invoice, even if a tire is replaced under this warranty.

Tire Subscription

To be eligible for coverage, customers must register their tire within thirty (30) days of purchase using the Gulong.ph Warranty Subscription Form provided by the Gulong.ph. The following information is required:
- Purchase Date
- Installation Date
- Tire Brand, Pattern, Size, and DOT
- Order ID
- Customer Contact Information

To be eligible for coverage, customers must register their tire within thirty (30) days of purchase using the Gulong.ph Warranty Subscription Form provided by the Gulong.ph. The following information is required:

Inspection
- Customers are required to bring the damaged tire to the Gulong.ph Main Office at 1166 Pasong Tamo Cor. Estrella St., Barangay San Antonio, Makati City for a technical assessment and inspection.

Replacement Process
- In-Stock Tires: If the tire is in stock, it will be replaced with a new tire of the same brand, pattern, and size as indicated in the original invoice.
- Out of Stock or Phased Out Tires: If the tire is no longer available, Gulong.ph reserves the right to replace it with a comparable tire. If the price of the comparable tire is higher than the original tire, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference, based on the current selling price.

Exclusion
- Tires that have been installed by service providers that are not affiliated with Gulong.ph's authorized Installation Partners.
Claim Process

Filling a Claim
- Notify Gulong.ph via email or phone about the issue.
- Fill out the Gulong.ph Warranty Claim Form

Verification and Inspection
- Present the tire and proof of purchase and/or warranty receipt to an authorized Gulong.ph representative for inspection.

Replacement
- If the damage is confirmed, Gulong.ph will replace the tire with a new tire of the same brand or a comparable model.
Limitations
- Gulong.ph reserves the right to inspect the tire and confirm the damages before issuing a replacement.
- This warranty covers the replacement of the tire only and does not include any additional costs such as, but not limited to, mounting, balancing, alignment, or transportation.
- Gulong.ph will not be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the tire.
- The warranty claim is limited to changing the damaged tire to a new equivalent tire only and cannot be converted or compensated with cash or any discount.
- The warranty allows one replacement per tire purchase.
- All tires covered under this warranty are pro-rated based on their remaining tread depth.
