How do I check my tire size?
At the front side wall of the tire you should see the size broken down as per the diagram below. You can use this to search for your tires on our website.
Are your tires brand new?
All of our tires are brand new. We source it from legitimate distributors in the Philippines
Do your tires have warranty?
Yes, all tires come with a manufacturer's warranty against factory defects. Length of warranty depends on the brand chosen.
Warranty claims will be directly coordinated by us to the concerned brand for their checking and investigation. Our team will consistently update the customer on the status.
How do I claim for a warranty?

Note: Claims are not guaranteed and subjected for investigation and approval.
How to order?
1. Go to our website at gulong.ph
2. Search by tire size or vehicle make and model.
3. Select your preferred tire and add to cart.
4. Proceed to checkout and choose FREE installation, pick up or delivery.
5. Fill out the form with your information.
6. Pay using your preferred payment option. Make sure to apply your voucher code!
7. And you’re done!
What's the earliest installation date I can book?
We have a lead time of 3-4 days from order date but you can message us if you want your schedule to be moved at the earliest date. We are going to check if your request will be confirmed or not.
What happens if the tires I ordered are no longer available?
Due to fast movement of stocks, there are few instances that your order may no longer be available.
If this happens:
1. One of our customer service representative will get in touch with you regarding your order
2. We will provide you an alternative product, option to wait, or cancel your order
3. If you choose to cancel your order please see "Can I cancel my order" for your reference
What if I mistakenly ordered the wrong tire?
Here's what happens when you order the wrong tire:
1. Send us a message thru our email, phone number or messenger stating that the tire you ordered is wrong and indicate the correct tires
2. If your order has not yet been shipped out, we will check the availability of the correct tire size and provide you with the new costing.
3. If your order has not yet been shipped out and the correct tires is not available, you can cancel your order or choose to wait for the availability of the new tires. For cancellation of tires, see “Can I cancel my order?” for reference.
4. If your order has been shipped out for delivery or to your designatedinstallation site, you can choose to switch to the correct size or cancel your initial order but we have the right to charge you with a handling fee amounting to PHP. 500.00.
To minimize this from happening, please make sure that you are ordering the correct size either based on the existing tires you have or your car manufacturer’s recommendation.
TPlease note, that once the tires are MOUNTED to your car, this is considered used and CANNOT BE RETURNED nor REPLACED. We recommend you to physically check the tires before the technician mounts it in your car.
How do I Pay?
You can pay through the following options on our website:

Kindly note that we require a P500 reservation fee upon checkout for the Cash After Service option. Remaining balance shall be settled through cash upon installation of your tires.
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes we accept installment payment. You can choose Atome, BillEase or Ggives (through paynamics) upon check out for up to 3-months installment with 0% interest
What should I bring with me on my installation appointment?
On the day of your appointment kindly bring and present the following below:
- Order confirmation from your email or text message
- 1 Valid ID
Do you have ongoing promos?

Do you accept walk-ins?
All orders and appointments have to be processed and booked on our website. We do not accept walk-ins.
Do you do same day delivery?
We have a lead time of 3-4 days from order date but you can message us if you want your order to be delivered in the earliest time. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you accept trade in?
We do not offer trade-in at the moment.
Can I reschedule my appointment schedule?
Yes. You can reschedule 48 hours before the scheduled time and the first reschedule is free but we will require a full payment of your order (if applicable ) and if you wish to reschedule again we will charge you a PHP 150.00 for the rescheduling fee.

What if I came in late?
Please advise us if you will be late, we will do our best to service you at the next available time. If not, we can always arrange for a reschedule. Check “Can I reschedule?” as reference.
What if I missed my appointment schedule?
We understand that there are circumstances which cannot be avoided causing you to miss your booking. Please notify us that you will miss your schedule and we will coordinate on this with the parties involved but do understand that we already incur cost to process your order and appointment. We may require a full payment for the security of our tires. Please see “Can I reschedule my appointment schedule?” for reference.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order. But you can only cancel your order 48 hours before your appointment schedule. Once your order has been shipped out and you still wish to cancel your order, your reservation fee will be forfeited.

Can I return / exchange my tires?
If your tires have already been mounted this is considered used and CANNOT BE RETURNED nor REPLACED. We recommend you to physically check the tires before the technician mounts it in your car.

We have 2-3 business days processing time to process your refund.
