Are your tires brand new?
All our tires are brand new and sourced from legitimate distributors in the Philippines. As authorized retailers, we guarantee the authenticity of every brand we offer.
How do I check my tire size?
At the front side wall of the tire you should see the size broken down as per the diagram below. You can use this to search for your tires on our website.
How to order?
- Go to our website at gulong.ph
- Search by tire size or vehicle make and model.
- Select your preferred tire and add it to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout and select FREE installation at partner site, Home Installation Service, Pick up at partner site, or delivery to your doorstep. Select your appointment.
- Fill out the form with your contact details.
- Pay using your preferred payment option. Make sure to apply your voucher code!
- And you?re done!

Do you accept walk-ins?
All orders and appointments have to be processed and booked on our website. We do not accept walk-ins.
Do you do same day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery, but only for selected brands and with specific installation partners. Our standard lead time is 1-3 business days within Metro Manila and 7-10 business days outside Metro Manila. Kindly note that these lead times are subject to adjustment, depending on your location.
If you need your order delivered sooner, please message us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I Pay?
You can pay through the following options on our website:

Kindly note that we require reservation fee to secure your slot. These fees are non-refundable, but will deducted from your total purchase.
- For order more than P40,000 a reservation fee of 10% of the total amount is required.
- For order less than P40,000 a reservation fee of P500 is required.
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes we accept installment payment. You can choose BillEase, Homecredit, or Ggives upon check out. We also offer installment on selected credit cards.
How can I avail the free installation?
Free installation is included when you purchase tires from our website. You may check the complete list of our installation partners
Do you offer Home Installation Service?
Yes, please note the following additional fees:
- For standard tires:
- P500 per tire for rims R17 and below
- P1000 per tire for rims R18 and above
- For run-flat tires, an extra fee of P1000 applies.
How long does the tire installation take?
For Installation at our Installation Partners, it would typically take 1-2 hours depends, on the tire size. For Home Installation service, it would take 3 hours, depends on the location
What should I bring with me on my installation appointment?
On the day of your appointment kindly bring and present the following:
- Gulong.ph Order confirmation from your email or message from any Gulong.ph authorized personnel.
- 1 Valid ID
What's the earliest installation date I can book?
We have a lead time of 3-4 days from the order date, but you can request an earlier schedule or message us if you need it sooner. We will check if we can accommodate your request and confirm accordingly.
What if I came in late?
Please advise us if you will be late, we will do our best to service you at the next available time. If not, we can always arrange for a reschedule.

What if I missed my appointment schedule?
We understand that there are circumstances which cannot be avoided causing you to miss your booking. Please notify us that you will miss your schedule and we will coordinate on this with the parties involved but do understand that we already incur cost to process your order and appointment. We may require a full payment for the security of our tires.

Can I reschedule my appointment schedule?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment, as needed. But if you reschedule your installation appointment 2 days or more from the originally scheduled date, you are required to pay the 35% of the remaining balance on your order.
The payment is non-refundable and must be settled before the appointment date. We reserve the right to cancel your entire order if the remittance of required payment is not paid.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order. But you can only cancel your order 48 hours before your appointment schedule. Once your order has been shipped out and you still wish to cancel your order, your reservation fee will be forfeited.
Can I return / exchange my tires?
Yes, but only for unmounted, undamaged, and unused tires. We recommend that you physically check the tires before the technicians mount it to your car.

How long does it take to get my refund?
We require 2-3 business days to process your refund for the reservation fee. For the full amount, the processing time is 7-10 business days.
Do your tires have a warranty?
Yes, all tires come with a manufacturer's warranty against factory defects. Length of warranty depends on the brand chosen.
Warranty claims will be directly coordinated by us to the concerned brand for their checking and investigation. Our team will consistently update the customer on the status.
How do I claim a warranty?

Note: All warranty claims are subject to investigation and approval by the supplier, who will provide a warranty report.

Do you offer wheel alignment?
Yes, you can book an additional service in advance at your chosen installation site. Upon check out, select wheel alignment as an add-on service.
Note: Price varies per installation site and depends on the tire size.
Do you accept trade in?
We do not offer trade-in at the moment.
What does limited stocks mean?
Due to very limited stocks, you must wait for confirmation before proceeding to the installation site. A representative from gulong.ph will contact you regarding your order request.
Can I go directly to the installation site and order my tires there?
No, all orders and appointments must be processed and booked through our website. We do not accept walk-ins because most tires are not stocked at the installation sites. Instead, we deliver the tires to our installation partners once an order has been placed online. This ensures that the specific tires you need are available and ready for your scheduled appointment.
Do you sell mags?
No. We only sell brand new tires.
Do you do same day installation?
Yes, we offer same-day installation for selected brands and at specific installation partners. Please be aware that our cutoff time for same-day service is 12 noon.
Why do I need to pay for a reservation fee?
Since we schedule appointments, you'll need to pay to reserve your slot and secure your order.
How long does the warranty investigation take?
Processing and investigation usually takes 15 business days. Please note that warranty are subject to team investigation and supplier's approval before they can be processed.
How to be a Gulong.ph installation partner?

What happens if the tires I ordered are no longer available?
We will contact you to let you know and give you the option of choosing alternate tires of equal value or better quality or a full refund.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary depending on your area. We offer free delivery for a minimum purchase of 4 tires.

What kind of damages covered by warranty?
A sidewall bubble typically results from road impacts such as hitting a curb or pothole. It's important to note that manufacturers generally consider this damage as a result of road hazards, stemming from the rupture of internal tire belts due to impacts, rather than a flaw in tire construction. Therefore, it falls outside the scope of the standard manufacturer warranty.
SIDEWALL HORIZONTAL CUT
A sidewall horizontal cut occurs when your tire is struck by an object on the road. Because it is not a fault in the tire's construction, it typically falls outside the scope of the standard manufacturer warranty.
SIDEWALL VERTICAL CUT
A sidewall vertical cut occurs when your tire is impacted by an object on the road. As it does not constitute a flaw in the tire's construction, it typically falls outside the coverage of the standard manufacturer warranty.
Do you sell motorcycle tires?
We do not sell motorcycle tires at the moment.

What if I mistakenly ordered the wrong tire
Here's what happens when you order the wrong tire:
- Send us a message thru our email, phone number or messenger stating that the tire you ordered is wrong and indicate the correct tires.
- If your order has not yet been shipped out, we will check the availability of the correct tire size and provide you with the new costing.
- If your order has not yet been shipped out and the correct tires are not available, you can cancel your order or choose to wait for the availability of the new tires. For cancellation of tires, see "Can I cancel my order?" for reference.
- If your order has been shipped out for delivery or to your designated installation partner, you can choose to switch to the correct size or cancel your initial order but we have the right to charge you with a handling fee amounting to PHP. 500.00.
To minimize this from happening, please make sure that you are ordering the correct size either based on the existing tires you have or your car manufacturer's recommendation.
Please note, that once the tires are MOUNTED to your car, this is considered used and CANNOT BE RETURNED nor REPLACED. We recommend you to physically check the tires before the technician mounts it in your car.
