• Your tires must be installed by an authorized Installation Partner.

• You’ll need to register your warranty within 30 days after installation using the Gulong.ph Warranty Registration Form.

• The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers one replacement per tire.

• Tire replacements are pro-rated based on how much tread is left when you make the claim.

How Do You File Gulong.ph Guarantee Claim?

Claiming your warranty is simple. Here is how can you do it: 

• File a warranty claim here (or contact us through our Facebook)

• Bring the damaged tire to the Gulong.ph Main Office in Makati.

• Our team will inspect and assess the tire. If damage is confirmed, we will offer the same tire (if in stock).

• If it’s not in stock, we’ll provide a comparable replacement.
